Today I’ve Integrated…

YOU ATTRACT WHAT YOU BELIEVE YOU’RE ALLOWED TO WANT

Sometimes we get so caught up in liking the idea of wanting something that we forget to consider the consequences we’ll have to live with once we do get it. Even if you are putting in all the work necessary, if you find yourself questioning your wants and desires, it’s probably because there’s an internal judgement you have of it that’s sabotaging its arrival.

If wanting it makes you feel guilty, you’ll punish yourself for trying to get it.
If wanting it feels morally wrong, you’ll correct yourself by actively avoiding it.
If wanting it feels too selfish, you’ll block yourself by tolerating having less of it.

There’s nothing wrong with wanting more for yourself. But if you are subconsciously pursuing your wants and desires from a place of resistance, you will never attain it. We don’t attract what we want. We attract what we believe we’re allowed to want.
