Today I’ve Integrated…

THOSE WHO CONFRONT YOU CARE THE MOST FOR YOU

To unexpectedly be confronted by someone first may give off the impression that they don’t like or don’t value what you have to say or do. So before you try to draw back from the confrontation, remember that if they didn’t confront you – it would mean that they don’t love you enough to shine a light on a shadow that you can benefit from facing.

When people confront you, they aren’t humiliating you for what you’ve done. They express concern because they want to help you.
When people confront you, they aren’t rebelling against what you’ve said. They want to understand what you said more deeply.
When people confront you, they aren’t judging where you are. They cry out because they want you to fulfill your highest potential.

To not allow the other person to safely speak their mind on something that’s uncomfortable to you is an act of you pushing them away. By letting someone confront you is to recognize that they actually care the most about what you have to say and do.
