IF VISION BOARDS DON’T WORK FOR YOU, THIS MIGHT.

There’s two kinds of people in this world. There’s people who LOVE vision boards, and there’s people who can’t for the life of them stay long enough on the vision board train. Like any manifesting tool, there needs to be a yin & yang balance between having a vision and taking action.

I was one of those people who loved the CONCEPT of visionboarding, but could never truly reap the benefits of it no matter how good and how crystal clear my vision board was. As much as people in the manifesting world recommends that everyone should make a vision board, a vision board is not what everyone needs. It took me a really long time to accept that.

So who needs a vision board and who doesn’t?

It depends on who you are.

If you are someone who doesn’t really think about the future because you’re so caught up in the day-to-day activities, it can be easy to lose sight of what you are working towards. For that reason, a vision board is a perfect tool for you because it can help you recall where you are going.

But if you are someone who thinks about the future all the time and you could talk for hours in detail about your dreams because they are so clear to you, it can be easy to get distracted from taking action towards those goals in the day-to-day. For that reason, a vision board may not be the best thing for you because it can take your focus away from taking action. So as a future-focused person, you don’t really need a vision board. What you really need – is an Action Board.

What is an Action Board?
Simple.
It’s a collage of images – just like a vision board. But instead of having a vision board containing images that remind you of your dreams, it’s an action board containing images that remind you to take action.
Because if your dreams and visions are already crystal clear always running in the back of your mind, a vision board isn’t super necessary. The only necessary thing that you need if your vision is clear is to take action. Hence – the Action Board.
